The department

Welltec is looking an Student Assistant to add to the Global Operations Supply Team based in Allerød, Denmark, to replace our current Student Assistant who will be starting at university.

Global Operations facilitates the global service delivery across +35 countries and +45 locations. As a part of Global Operations, the Supply Team provides a day-to-day support to all Welltec’s locations.

The position 

As our Student Assistant, you will work closely with our external operations and our in-house departments to support the global service delivery. 

Your primary tasks will involve:

  • facilitate the administrative and office support for Supply Team, including alignment across functions and locations
  • assist in various projects, reports and daily operations

The position is expected to be a full-time, for minimum 1-year period.

The candidate

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where two days are never the same. You take pride in helping others and in getting things done in a timely manner and have a “can-do-attitude” – even when things are hectic. Some travel activities must be expected.

The preferred candidate has the following profile:

  • Graduated or about to graduate from high school or similar
  • Good understanding of MS Office
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Self-driven and responsible
  • Flexible and well-structured
