PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILTY:

Reporting to the Gun Loader, this position is ultimately responsible for industry leading quality for loaded perforating guns, and to follow Titanium Tubing Technologies explosive procedures and policies and Natural Resources Canada requirements for inventory control, and documentation of the Gun Loading Facility and explosives inventory in Lloydminster according to the explosives act and license. 

RESPONSIBILITY:

The position is primarily responsible to ensure perforating guns and associated equipment are ready for field crews as required to fulfill orders from our clients.

  • Order guns, subs, explosives and other parts necessary to perforate wells based on customer orders and as approved by the on call manger.
  • Ensure subs and other re-usable parts are cleaned and well maintained with tolerances, and ready to go.
  • Maintain other equipment including BST, dump bailers, CCL’s, Shock Subs, Swivels, etc. and have tagged and ready for field use.
  • Travel to field locations to deliver equipment and support operations as necessary.
  • Guide new cased hole employees in proper gun loading procedures and policies.
  • Ensure Cased-Hole areas of the shop and GLF are equipped and well maintained.
  • Other duties as required by the Gun Loader and On-Call Manager.

As a successful candidate, you will have a minimum of 2 years cased hole field experience. You will be well organized and require minimal supervision. With your professional approach, strong work ethic and natural team aptitude, you will be able to assist the team to achieve desired results and strive to be the best in class.

QUALIFICATIONS (QUANTITATIVE/QUALITATIVE):

  • Minimum of 2 years of Cased-Hole Wireline experience
  • Strong regard for high level customer service
  • Strong organizational skills
