The Opportunity

Our Industrial Services department located out of Edmonton, AB (98XP) is currently looking for individuals who have experience operating the following equipment:

Hydro Vac Unit
Vacuum Truck
Pressure Truck
High Pressure tools
Combo Truck
Steamer Truck
Chemical Cleaning Trucks
Heavy Equipment (Yellow Iron)

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with industrial service equipment in a safe, professional and customer service focused fashion.

In order to be considered you must have the ability to mobilize with minimal notice (72 hours max.)

Key responsibilities:

Attends daily safety meetings and ensures all tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner;
Drives, operates and stages various units;
Performs pre and post trip inspections;
Assists with job site preparation;
Communicates with dispatchers and supervisors throughout the day;
Performs roadside repairs;
May transport or handle hazardous goods;
Performs labour intensive duties for the duration of their shift;
Work as part of a team with Customer, Coworkers and Supervisors.

Key qualifications:

Travel away from home for duration of project;
Minimum of (1) years industry experience;
Minimum of (1) year operating experience on any of the above listed units;
Class 1 or class 3A license with a clean 5-year driver’s abstract;
Capable of working in all weather conditions for extended periods of time;
Ability to lift <50 lbs regularly throughout the day;
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment.
