Key Responsibilities

  • · Overall coordination of field work, this includes:
  •   Daily scheduling of work, including updates to the master schedule to keep the schedule evergreen – this can be done in a variety of ways that is sutible between the Scheduler and Field Coordinator;
  •  Providing field technicians with all information pertinent to the field job (i.e. locations, in-scope, client contacts, site H2S risk, other pertaining to job);
  •  Taking ownership in the organization and coordinating parts and equipment for crews in collaboration with each respective Field Manager – always looking for efficiencies and cost savings within the region;
  •  Ensure projects are reviewed for completion and budget alignment;
  •  Ensure deficiencies are followed up on;
  •  Collaborate with the respective Field Managers to ensure all paperwork is completed, all efomrm completed and conduct QA/QC reviews prior to being delivered to the client;
  • Ensure field tickets are accurate and fair;
  • Communication is made to the staff and clients regarding the day-to-day logistics
  •  Maintain an up to date field schedule in MS Projects, keeping the following priorities in mind (listed in order of preference):
  •  Client (needs and requests, reduced travel, and providing familiarity with crews)
  •  Attend weekly review / update meetings with supervisors and scheduler to provide a summary of the upcoming weeks, allow for questions and concerns to be raised, and ensure all tasks/jobs are in the schedule
  •  Support field technicians by providing direction and guidance. Ensure all field technicians have a clear understanding and are accountable by setting clear goals, delegating tasks and setting deadlines
  • Establish and maintain excellent client relations to ensure client’s business needs and objectives are being met
  • Work with Area Manager to conduct project scoping meetings with clients and provide completed scope of work documents to office team for project preparation
  •  Work with Area Manager to schedule and conduct project turnover meetings with clients and finalize reports

HSE Safety Key Responsibilities

  •  Actively practice and adhere to corporate policies and processes
  • Ensure that company HSE policies and processes are followed and corrective measures are carried out
  •  Provide support and feedback to the safety committee related to SOP & policy development and review
  • Collaborate with team members to monitor compliance and identify safety issues
  •  Intervene in unsafe activities or operations

Qualifications

Qualifications / Experience

  •  Industry related certification and/or work experience
  • Knowledge of field activities
  • Microsoft office with experience  
  • ·Required HSE training for field work

Physical Requirements

  • Standard office and field environment
  •  Will be required to drive to work sites
  • Ability to manage and deal with ever changing job requirements
  • Sitting for long periods of time and using computer
  • Will be exposed to work site hazards while performing HSE related tasks
  •  Capable of lifting objects up to 50 lbs with aid as require
