Requirements for Seasonal Full-time work: Must possess a valid H2S Alive ticket, have a vehicle and driver's license, and must be able to travel to work in Alberta, British Columbia or Saskatchewan and stay in a hotel for a 14day hitch.

Title: Floor Hand

Wage: $36/hr

Subsistence Rates: $185/day for non camp

General Summary of Position:

The Floor Hand, also called Roughneck, is one of the starting positions on the drilling crew. The Floor Hand assists the other crew members in their day-to-day duties and is responsible for keeping the rig site clean and performing basic maintenance. Assisting in the repair and maintenance of rig equipment will be a key responsibility of this role and you will work all around the rig and rig floor to perform these daily duties. In this role, you’re required to learn how to use wrench-like tongs and be able to connect and disconnect drill pipe during the tripping-in/tripping-out and drill ahead process.
