Northern Frac Operation Manager

Reporting directly to the Canadian Frac Operations Manager, the Frac Manager is responsible for the management, maintenance and development of all systems related to GNWF/Redco’s Frac fleet and Service personnel. Along with its expectation of quality product, Great North Wellhead & Frac/Redco Equipment Service Ltd. understands service is paramount to our customers.  All management and staff will be held accountable.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·       Comply with all Company Health, Safety & Quality Policies

·       Participate in any associated training, processes, and procedures in accordance to documented internal standards

·       Manage all day-to-day Frac operations.

·       Manage all costs associated with running the Frac operations

·       Develop position descriptions, compensation packages and recruit new employees for key leadership positions for Northern Frac Operations.

·       Work with Frac Supervisor to ensure on time delivery of equipment and service.

·       Work with current and potential customers to develop frac solutions.

·       Work with GNWF Engineering and Sales Team out of Calgary to plan for upcoming jobs (Site-visits, Customer Pad Layouts, Calgary Meetings, CWOP’s, Customer Facility Tours, etc.)

·       Work closely with Wellhead and Launch teams for seamless transitions.

·       Set goals for team members to achieve.

·       Participating in the strategy development for MWFC, Launch and Missile

·       Responsible for Northern Launch, MWFC and Missile P&L

·       Review of all third-party billing

·       Travel as required to customer locations.

·       Field customer relations to help maintain current and cultivate new customer relations.

·       Active member of the GNWF Operations team with a mindset of supporting the larger organization as required.

·       Make sure billing and all revenue is being captured.

·       Find ways to optimize frac layouts and operations.

·       Develop and maintain a positive team culture.

·       Develop business cases and action plans to convert MWFC, Launch and Missile strategy into customer revenue.

·       Provide technical and commercial guidance for bids/tenders for the MWFC, Launch and Missile divisions. 

 

Qualification Requirements

·       2+ years experience in Oil & Gas Industry

·       Strong understanding of wellhead and frac related products, services, processes, and equipment requirement including maintenance.

·       Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

·       Must be able to interact effectively and work comfortably with both field and local management staff

·       Microsoft Office – Excel (Intermediate level)

·       Fluent in English, communicate effectively, both written and verbal

·       High level of commitment to exceptional customer service

·       Requires a self-motivated team player, capable of managing multiple priorities in a changing environment

·       Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
